Ombré &
powder brows
Soft, shaded definition, from a light tint to a fuller, built-up brow.

Ombré and powder brows build colour in tiny pixelated dots rather than strokes, for a soft, shaded finish. Think of a beautifully filled-in brow that fades lighter at the front and deepens through the tail.
It's the better choice for oily, combination or mature skin, where fine strokes can blur over time. Shading settles evenly and holds its definition longer, which is why it tends to outlast microblading.
The right technique for your skin is the one that still looks like you in two years.
You choose the intensity, from a light, tinted "your brows but better" finish to a fuller, more defined ombré. Every brow is mapped and pencilled first, and agreed with you in the mirror before we begin.
A topical numbing cream keeps things comfortable. A follow-up at four to six weeks is included, to settle the colour and perfect the shape once your skin has healed.
What your appointment looks like
Tea, a chat, and a final medical check. We discuss the depth and style you're after, a soft tint, a defined ombré, or something in between.
Brows are measured and drawn on, then refined in the mirror until they're symmetrical and shaped to suit your face. We only start once you're happy with the outline.
Numbing cream is applied, then the first light layer of shading is built up gradually, front softer, tail deeper, following your mapped design.
We layer colour to the intensity you agreed, blend the gradient, and let the skin settle. You sit up to check before we make any final adjustments.
Photos, written aftercare and a small kit. We book your follow-up before you leave and check in by message through the first couple of weeks.

A few things worth knowing
What's the difference from microblading?+
Microblading draws individual hair-strokes and suits dry skin; ombré builds soft pixelated shading and suits oily, combination and mature skin. Ombré generally lasts longer. If you're unsure which is right, we'll advise at your consultation.
How long does it last?+
Ombré and powder brows typically last 18–24 months before a colour refresh. Longevity depends on your skin type, aftercare and sun exposure.
Can I have a combination brow?+
Yes. A combination brow pairs crisp hair-strokes at the front with soft shading through the body and tail. It's a lovely middle ground and we can discuss whether your skin suits it.
Will it look too bold?+
Only if you want it to. We build colour in gentle layers to the intensity you've agreed, so you can keep it soft and natural or go fuller and more defined. Your call, in the mirror, as we go.
How should I prepare?+
Avoid tweezing or tinting your brows for a few weeks beforehand, skip alcohol for 24 hours, and avoid sun exposure. If you take blood-thinning medication, tell us at booking: never stop prescribed medication without speaking to your GP. Full guidance is sent before your appointment.
