Hi, I’m Gemma Henderson, and I believe permanent makeup is about more than saving time in the mirror it’s about giving you the confidence to feel effortlessly beautiful every day.

For over 7 years, I’ve been helping women across Devon and the South West wake up with brows, lips, and eyeliner that look soft, natural, and completely their own. My clients often say they feel like the best version of themselves enhanced, but never overdone.

I’m also passionate about passing on my knowledge to others, which is why I offer beginner eyebrow training courses to help aspiring artists enter the world of permanent makeup with confidence. I am Level 4 trained and fully qualified to provide training courses.

Georgie

Hi, I’m Georgie. I qualified with The PMU Collective in 2022 after extensive training and completing case study work. I currently specialize in hairstroke and ombré brow techniques.

As a perfectionist with a keen eye for detail, I take great care and pride in my work. I believe that precision and skill are key to creating beautiful results.

My goal is for you to leave your session feeling confident, happy, and with your best brows yet!

I attended training with Gemma in February for 4 days PMU. I found the lead up to the course really helpful as I was sent mountains of information and work to be doing prior to the course to ensure I was prepared as possible going into 4 days of practical training.

On the attended days both Gemma and Georgi were incredible. Both of them extremely encouraging and informative. I found that client days particularly helpful as they were on hand as soon as we needed assistance and provided exceptional supervision. They’re also extremely likeable which makes training so much more enjoyable. They answered all enquiries I had and are on hand pretty much 24/7 prior and following the course.

Would 100% recommend Gemma - I love a girls girl and seeing you succeed is very much a fundamental of Gemma’s brand and training. Outstanding.

If you are thinking of going into PMU I cannot recommend Gemma Henderson enough.
I was extremely nervous going into this but I found myself in very safe hands. Gemma is not just a kind and knowledgable person but she is really passionate about every student and really pushes you to be your best coming out of the other side.
The home learning was super easy to navigate as we were sent lots of videos and guides to get us started. Gemma was on hand all the time, nothing was too much trouble and nothing was a “silly question”. You are guided through everything, and the support before you even get to meet Gemma and her team was amazing. I knew I was in the right place.

The course itself was an intense four days but wow did we have a great time. Gemma has been so thorough with the training she provides I felt ready to get started straight away.

Gemma’s team are also brilliant, Georgi who you meet on the course. Not only is she a very talented PMU artist but has gone through Gemma's training so fully understands the nerves and questions we had. A very warm and kind lady who was just a lovely person to meet and be trained by.

James who is behind the emails and enquiries is so super fast at responding the communication was on point.

I can’t recommend GH training enough, so much so I have booked on another two courses.

Can’t wait to see the team again.

I’ve been working as a microblading artist for several years and wanted to upskill and expand my treatment list by offering alternative techniques. I had been following Gemma for some time and was also recommended her training by other artists, so choosing this course was an easy decision.

I highly recommend this course for complete beginners or for anyone converting to machine work. Gemma and Georgie are a brilliant team — they are genuinely talented trainers, incredibly patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly, they truly want you to succeed.

They create such a supportive and welcoming learning environment in their beautiful training space, which makes a huge difference to your confidence and experience. I’m absolutely loving this course and I’m already looking forward to my next lip blush and lash enhancement courses.

I had the most amazing experience having my brows done by Gemma. She explained everything so clearly and answered all of my questions, which instantly put me at ease.

I live in North Devon and did a lot of research beforehand, and I didn’t mind travelling a fair distance to see her — and I’m so glad I did.

I’ve also been trained by Gemma to do PMU brows, so I can honestly say I feel like I’ve been trained by the best — and now I’ve had my brows done by the best too. Her knowledge, skill, and professionalism are second to none. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I had a semi permanent boost today for my eyebrows with Gemma at her Newton Abbot clinic. The environment was stunning, this alone gave me complete reassurance that once again I would be receiving the very best treatment with the best care. The procedure was very comfortable with perfect results. Gemma always succeeds with ensuring the shape/size and colour matches my skin tones and hair colour perfectly, leaving me with a completely natural look. When I first met Gemma I had minimal eyebrows due to hypothyroidism. Following a full consultation and practice carried out I have felt so much more confident with my overall appearance. From then onwards Gemma has always ensured my brows remain fresh in colour and shape. I would highly recommend Gemma for not only the treatment I have but many other treatments she offers. Such a wonderful experience!
The premises are clean and welcoming with all the sanitary precautions being taken.
In the follow up and during the appointment I was given full support and transparency in my decisions with Sophie even taking the time to explain every step of the process.
This was my first tattoo and, despite being nervous, I came out confident and happy due to the professionalism and support of the tattoo artist.
During the session I was comfortable and relaxed - I could not recommend enough! If you are looking for a fine line tattoo artist - Sophie is the one for you! I would definitely come again for my next tattoo!

Had my eyebrows done with Gemma in December and love the results as always. Gemma is very professional, makes you feel welcome and at ease and talks to you first about the process and explains what she will be doing and what outcome you would like. I recently completed Gemma’s beginners PMU course in hairstroke and ombré brows, and I honestly cannot recommend it enough!

A few months ago, I trained in PMU brows with a large company but left feeling underwhelmed and lacking confidence. Deciding to reinvest in myself, I joined Gemma’s training (assisted with Georgie)- and it was the best decision I could have made.

Her course is incredibly well-structured and thought through, starting with online pre-learning and guided practice (with WhatsApp support), followed by an intensive 4-day in-person training. The journey doesn’t stop there- Gemma and Georgie provide ongoing, responsive support throughout case studies, and finishes with an assessment by Gemma at her academy before certifying your skills.

I’ve never come across a course that offers such a clear, supportive, and thorough path to success. Gemma’s dedication to her students is unmatched, and the confidence I’ve gained through her guidance is invaluable. I’m so grateful for the investment she puts into teaching, she truly goes above and beyond for her students.

I’ve enjoyed this course so much that I’m already enrolled on her lips and liner course in April 2026- I can’t wait to continue learning with her!

Amazingly talented! My brows are perfect—exactly how I wanted them. Gemma offers a truly bespoke and personalised brow service. My brows look just like they have just been done all of the time!
I have had my lips and eye liner done and all three treatments are amazing.
A year on, I’m still so happy with them and just had my top-up today. The colour softens after a couple of weeks, blending perfectly with my natural shade.

Best eyebrows ever!
OMG...Gemma did my eyebrows today and they are fantastic. I've spent over a year getting the previous ones lasered off as they were awful but I am so pleased with my brows today it was worth the wait and the pain from lasering! Gemma is a true perfectionist and so talented and such a lovely person. As you can tell from reading this I am ecstatic after waiting so long but now have beautiful brows. Thank you so much Gemma.xx
