The tailored one-to-one masterclass is a personalised day, or two, built entirely around the work you want to improve. It's for qualified digital-machine or microblading technicians who want to refine their brows rather than start from scratch.

Together we cover brow designing, pressure and stretch, colour theory and mixing, top-ups and problem-solving, and pre- and post-care, with a live model procedure so you're applying it, not just discussing it. Videoing the demonstrations is welcome, so you can revisit them later.

Group training teaches you to pass an assessment. This is built entirely around your work.

Because it's private, we spend the time where you need it most, whether that's poor colour retention, a slow design process, healing concerns, or the confidence to command higher prices and better rebookings.

You'll receive an SPMU eyebrow certificate on completion and lifetime support. A kit isn't included, as you'll bring your own. Booking is on a rolling basis, so we can usually find a date to suit you.

How the day runs

01
Your goals

We start with what you want to fix: a technique, a retention problem, a confidence gap, and shape the day around it. Nothing off-the-shelf.

02
Design & technique

Brow designing, pressure and stretch, and colour theory and mixing, practised on synthetic skin before you go near a model.

03
Live model procedure

A full procedure on a live model provided for you, with hands-on correction the whole way through. Record it to revisit later.

04
Problem-solving

Top-ups, troubleshooting common issues, and pre- and post-care, the practical detail that keeps clients happy and rebooking.

05
Certificate & support

An SPMU eyebrow certificate on completion, plus lifetime support and mentoring as you put it into practice.

The course in detail

Everything we are asked before someone books. Open any section for the full answer.

Does any of this sound familiar?+

Your initial training wasn't in-depth enough to leave you confident performing treatments on your own. You worry for six weeks about how every set is going to heal. Your drawing and measuring takes so long that clients start to lose faith while they're sitting there. Your fresh work looks good but retention is poor and the client is disappointed at the top-up. You're not confident choosing colour for a skin tone you haven't met before. You let clients dictate decisions you know are wrong. You're unsure about your machine but don't know what to change to. Clients don't come back year after year. Any of those is a good reason to book a day.

How the day is built around you+

Nothing here is off the shelf. Before you arrive we talk about what you actually want to fix, and the day is shaped around that: it might be entirely design and mapping, entirely colour, or entirely machine technique. We review your current practice and your recent healed work honestly, identify what's costing you results, and then spend the time where it will make the most difference rather than marching through a syllabus you don't need.

An example one-day timetable+

9:00 arrival at the clinic and a proper look at your work and your goals. 9:00 to 11:00 mat work and pattern practice. 11:00 a full demonstration performed by Gemma, which you're welcome to video. 13:00 lunch. 13:30 to 15:00 your own practice with correction as you go. 15:00 to 17:00 a live model procedure performed by you, fully observed. 17:00 to 18:00 questions, and a plan for what to work on next. A two-day booking gives more model time and room to go deeper rather than simply repeating the day.

What we can cover+

Brow designing and mapping, pressure and stretch, practice technique on faux skins, colour theory and mixing, top-ups and problem-solving, pre- and post-procedure guidelines, commonly asked questions, and the common problems and their solutions. You perform one procedure on a live model, provided for you. We can also look at pricing, rebooking and how you photograph your work, if what's holding you back is commercial rather than technical.

One day or two?+

One day at £995 suits a specific, well-defined problem: a technique that isn't landing, or colour decisions you don't trust. Two days at £1,850 suits a broader rebuild, where you want more model time and the chance to apply corrections on a second face rather than only hearing them. If you're unsure, book one day; we'll tell you honestly at the end whether a second would add anything.

What you leave with+

An SPMU eyebrow certificate on completion, lifetime support and ongoing mentoring, and your video of the demonstration. Booking is on a rolling basis rather than fixed intakes, so we can usually find a date that works around your own client diary. No kit is included, as you'll bring your own machine and work with what you actually use day to day.

A few things worth knowing

What are the prerequisites?+

You should already be a qualified digital-machine or microblading technician. This is a refinement masterclass, not a beginner course.

One day or two?+

Your choice. £995 for a single focused day, or £1,850 for two days if you want more model time and deeper coverage.

Is a live model included?+

Yes. A live model is provided so you perform a full procedure with hands-on correction, not just watch a demonstration. You're welcome to record it.

Do I get a certificate?+

Yes. An SPMU eyebrow certificate on completion, along with lifetime support and ongoing mentoring.

When can I book?+

Booking is on a rolling basis rather than fixed intakes, so get in touch and we'll usually find a date that works around you.
